Have I got your attention? Now because there was no direct upgrade path from 2003 to 2013 we had conducted two migrations over a two-weekend period. I am pretty much at a dead end here, as I've tried nearly all of the solutions that I can find. Thank you for posting your troubleshooting steps on this issue.

I know I can recreate it sometimes by quickly bouncing my system between wired and a wireless connection. Next, delete the folder that you backed up from the machine. Have I got your attention? Was there is any specific outlook patch which need to be installed in the user's system to fix this issue?

Nithyanandham From what I have seen that is normal for anyone who has a shared calendar with the moved mailbox. As per my point of view changing the reg key on the user machines to suppress this alert is not a viable solution for larger environments even though if we prefer through group policy updates. The first involved building an Exchange 2010 server, migrating everything from 2003 to 2010, then decommissioning 2003. However, up until last year we were still on Exchange 2003. If you do not run this command then you may receive the same prompts. Not a big deal for a few users, but when running a platform with multiple thousands Mailboxes this is not an option. Additional Info Not long after this issue, I was contacted by a Consultant I know who encountered the exact same issue. Nithyanandham Hello Andy David , Thanks for looking in to this issue. Also, check if this users mailbox are located on the same store or diff.?
